Susan Mitchinson fell in love with Namibia over twenty five years ago and has made it her home.

She has combined her art and literary background gained at University in France with a knowledge and understanding of the beauty of Namibia to create a celebratory art.

She works in various mediums including woodcuts and oils.

Her art is represented in various public institutions both at home and around the world including the National Gallery of Namibia, from Cheetah Foundation Namibia to the Oslo Teaching Hospital while figuring in private collections on various continents.

This artwork expresses feelings of both peace and hope.
